Absentee Ballots

Voter absentee ballot applications are available from the Office of the District Clerk in the Meagher Administration Building (21 Wynkoop Place, °ÄÃÅ¿ª½±¼Ç¼, NY 12401). Contact Karen Seery, District Clerk, at 845-943-3003 or kseery@kingstoncityschools.org for more information.

To receive an absentee ballot by mail, completed applications must be returned to the District Clerk's Office by May 13, 2024. For in-person pickup of ballots, applications are due by May 20, 2024.

All completed absentee ballots must be returned to the Meagher Administration Building by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, to be counted.

Important Note: Applications will be accepted anytime prior to the deadlines above. However, absentee ballots cannot be mailed or picked up until after May 6, 2024, once Board candidates have been determined.
